How to decorate ballet shoes with your own hands

By connecting imagination to the business, you can easily turn classic ballet shoes into unique designer shoes!

Graffiti art (in the photo on the right - top left)
With white enamel write on the shoes the names of cities or whatever, as you wish. Let dry and put on.
Fashionable Zebra (top middle)
with a flirty bow. You will find step-by-step instructions below.
Metallic style (top right)
with blocks and K °. You will find step-by-step instructions below.
Running in a circle (bottom left)
From white and black leather, cut circles with a diameter of 4.5 and 3 cm, stick them on a hair clip and attach to the shoes.

Star couple (bottom middle)
Stick silver and gold stars with instant glue, let it dry and go dancing!
Elegant contrast (bottom right)

Metallic style
with blocks and K °.

You will need:
blocks, buckles, bells, punching pliers, leather bands (one 1 x 25 cm, two 1 x 14 cm each), scissors, glue, pencil, ruler, thread.



Step 1
Sew leather ribbons at the edges, punch holes every 2 cm, insert blocks and tighten with forceps.


Step 2
Glue the short tapes crosswise on the toe of the shoe. Cut the protruding ends of the tapes if necessary.

Step 3
Pull the long ribbon through the loop on the heel, manually sew the buckle to the ends, hang the bell to the block.

Fashionable Zebra
with a flirty bow.


You will need:
two flaps of leather (20 x 7 cm, in the middle 2 cm), pencils with silver and white metallic paint (Marabu), scissors, a needle, threads.


Step 1
With pencils with white and silver paint, alternately apply strips on the shoe, let the paint dry.



Step 2
Tie the skin flaps with a bow so that they appear to be a smooth side to each other and a suede side out


Step 3
Sew a bow to the shoe manually, carefully straighten its ends. Decorate the second shoe in the same way.


Elegant contrast
in the classic range.

You will need:
2 black leather ribbons (1 x 13.5 and 1 x 19.5 cm), 2 white semicircles (5.5 x 15 and 8 x 14 cm), bow, glue, scissors, threads, needle.

Step 1
Glue a semicircle of white leather of larger diameter on the heel, and a smaller one on the toe.

Step 2
Pick up the white skin on the toe and sew to the shoe. Sew the finished bow on a tape 13.5 cm long.


Step 3
Stick the ribbon with a bow on a toe at the junction of black and white leather. Glue the long tape on the heel as well.
