Due to the elasticity of the material, making a smooth applique on knitwear can be difficult. Embroidery paper will help ease the task.
If the details of the appliqué and the base are knitted, a tight seam (for example, a zigzag) that sews the appliqué can stretch the elastic material. Avoid this by using a stabilizer. Its role can be played by water-soluble embroidery paper. In our example, the applique from the circles is designed to close the logo on the T-shirt. Be sure to use knitting needles - regular needles can break the threads of the material.

Step 2
Place the appliqué details on the shirt and cut a piece of stabilizer paper of sufficient size.
Step 3
Insert the paper inside and pin it with pins.
Step 4
Sew on appliqué details with a zigzag stitch.
