The CFDA Fashion Awards is an annual award given by the American Council of Fashion Designers for achievements in the fashion industry. The award ceremony is always very bright. So in 2015, the festival was attended not only by designers, but also other celebrities.
Last night, the American Council of Fashion Designers announced the winners. In the nomination "Best Designer of Women's Clothing", the winners were the sisters Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. The best designer of men's clothing named Tom Ford. In the nomination "best designer of accessories" Tabitha Simmons won.
The Swarovski Prizes were awarded to young designers: in the category of women's clothing - Rosie Assuli, men's clothing - Shane Oliver (Hood by Air) and accessories - Rachel Mansour and Floriana Gavriel for the still young but very popular line of Mansur Gavriel bags.
Farrell Williams became the style icon this year.
